- NSN S1 day ago1.0Customer service is awful. I'm blown away with how rude everyone was. I got a free kids meal for my toddler. I tried to get a to go container for her food and they refused to give me a to go bag for her left over food. When I spoke to a manager she says they are trying to force people to eat in their restaurant. They dont want people taking the free food to go. She said they are losing too much money on the free meals. I said if people earned the coupon you should honor it. And I shouldn't be forced to sit in the dinning room with my toddler for two hours wile she finishes eating. I had to wrap the food in napkins to get on with my day. Shame on you for treating your loyal customers this way. I think I'll start shopping elsewhere.
