  I am a regular customer at Save-On-Foods (Park & Tilford location), and I would like to bring a serious concern regarding hygiene standards to your attention. ‏A few weeks ago, I found a strand of hair in one of the meat products I purchased. It was a very unpleasant experience; however, I chose to consider it an isolated incident at the time. ‏Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I noticed a woman working in the meat department without wearing a hair net!!! So it was not an accident they dont know about hygiene This raised significant concerns for me and will never shop there again. ‏. This experience has affected my trust. ‏At the time, I was unable to speak with a manager due to time constraints, but I did take a photo to show u!!! She was without hairnet even in the section !!! That’s terrible…and disappointing

  i’ve been shopping at this store for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The current Store Manager and Assistant Managers consistently lack basic customer service skills. There’s little to no effort to greet customers or create a welcoming environment. It makes me question how staff are treated behind the scenes. Good customer service starts with leadership, and unfortunately, that seems to be missing here.

  Save-On-Foods is a reliable and well-organized grocery store with a wide selection of fresh produce, pantry staples, and household items. It’s convenient for everyday shopping and generally well-stocked. The store is clean and easy to navigate, and the staff are usually helpful at checkout. Prices can be a bit higher compared to some other grocery stores, but the quality and convenience make up for it. Overall, it’s a solid and dependable option for grocery shopping in the North Vancouver area.

  I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Save-On-Foods (Park & Tilford location) while using the self-checkout. I needed a bit of help using the More Rewards card, as I wasn’t familiar with the process. The employee assisting me, Juliette, responded in a way that felt quite rude and dismissive. Instead of offering clear and respectful guidance, she spoke in a harsh tone and seemed impatient while telling me how to place my items. As a customer, I believe it’s reasonable to expect patience and respectful communication, especially when asking for assistance. I also noticed that other customers nearby appeared uncomfortable as well. Overall, the interaction left a negative impression, and I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience at this location.

  Clean, bright, and usually well stocked. The produce is expensive compared to competitors. The pharmacy staff are excellent. Parking is good. There are handy other stores in the same plaza - pet food, Shoppers Drug Mart, UPS Pick-up location, a decent family-run Indian restaurant, and a Winners.
