  The staff are great at the Lynn Valley Save-On. The store is clean and bright. It is, however, cluttered with many end of aisle and mid-aisle stands, cardboard displays. It feels crowded. In the main / central aisles, two people going in different directions often need to wait for one to pass - they can't pass side-by-side. This is a great Save-On for picking up ordinary groceries. If you're a real cook, there is a much bigger selection of produce and products at the nearby Park & Tilford Save-On.

  I’m honestly so surprised every time I come here; they are the kindest, most patient team in the retail market. They are always helping me with everything, they look after my cart when my kid needs the potty, she got sick once in an aisle and the manager was incredibly kind and helpful. They always offer her stickers and coloring sheets. There’s always free fruit for her. Literally every person in that staff is kind, friendly, and nice. I don’t feel there’s a lot of public spaces that make parents of small children feel this comfortable so kudos to them :) Ali is always giving her free stickers too. Big hug to the whole team

  I’m really impressed by this particular Save-On-Foods location. The staff are consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall shopping experience. While grocery prices everywhere are quite high, this review is really about the people who work here and the level of customer service they provide. It never goes unnoticed. A special shoutout to the manager, Stephanie, who I saw assisting a senior with first aid today—such a kind and compassionate act that truly stood out. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a positive and supportive environment!

  Whoever hired the brown guy security guard working there tonight is probably wasting a lot of this companies money. He was following me around like a puppy dog thinking I was going to steal something, and he made it look so obvious he was glancing at me. Get better security guards haha. You are probably wasting more money paying him a salary then anyone actually stealing small amounts of food lol.

  I purchased 60$ worth of groceries at your store , I got home the yogurt was yellow , the raspberries moldy , didn’t notice until after I ate a whole bowl of the stuff. Proceeded to sweat for hours , throw up violently , and miss an entire day of work . Cancelling my more rewards and never shopping at save on again , absolute joke of a business.. do you guys spray yogurt with pesticides as well?
