  Normally i dont expect anything from fast food restaurants but this mac donald employees ( the asian lady ) Worst customer service ive ever seen in my life . I think she is manager of this branch and behave unprofessional…!!

  I’m so disappointed with my visit to this location. As a vegetarian, I specifically asked for a cheeseburger with no meat, but I was still served a beef burger. When I told the staff, they were incredibly rude and didn't even apologize. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than fixing my order and barely listening to what I’m saying and asking for. Is this really how you treat your customers? Because of this experience, I don't think I'll ever come back to McDonald’s."

  Ordered Drive Thru, unfortunately I didn’t check the bag when I left. Missed items I paid for and were on my receipt but I didn’t realise until I got home. Second time this has happened at this location.

  Absolutely shitty Customer service And definitely all employees at this location need to work on their customer service skills and oh boy whenever I am trying to make it work for this location always something goes wrong. Either my coffee is cold or the staff won’t ask my App’s code. And these employees, they just seem not to care about their customers!!!
