- DRDevon ReevesMay 7, 20181.0worst customer service i have ever experienced. they took, my order, toasted my sub, took it out of the oven, and then let it sit there for 10 minutes as they helped the large group of people that arrived AFTER my sub had been half made. 8 people who arrived after me were served AND CHARGED before they went back and tried to finish my sub. walking around me as if i didn't exist, while the employees refused to make eye contact with me. i walked out and went to the crab shop next door where they treat people like human beings. I'm not sure if they were racist, or friends with the people who were apparently much more important than me, but either way it made me feel horrible and very disrespected. me and my family will never return to this poorly run subway
