When I said I wanted avocado she gave me a look that can kill, wrapped the sub and slapped it on the counter. Not to mention she didn’t know the difference between Jalapeño and a pepper. I ordered a vegetarian footlong sub, which was clearly listed at approximately $12. However, I was charged nearly $20 for my order. When I questioned the discrepancy, the cashier — a middle-aged lady — was extremely rude and dismissive. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standard of customer service I expect from Subway. Overcharging customers and treating them disrespectfully is not only unprofessional but also damages the trust and reputation of your brand. I request that this issue be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken to ensure it does not happen to other customers in the future. I would also appreciate a refund for the overcharged amount.
