Your kitchen staff are atrocious. Between waiting around for someone to acknowledge me to place my order, then waiting for close to 20+ minutes to be able to pay, and to top it all off by the time I had been waiting for 20mins at my seat, I am then told they don't have the product I ordered (That's 40 over 40 minutes to be told they're sold out!). Your kitchen staff are constantly flustered with absolutely no idea what's going on, they either have no training or act like they don't. I come here regularly for my lunch break because I like the food, and usually have a sub par experience, but Tonight was just terrible. If you're wanting to run a kitchen, do it properly, clean your tables, take care of your space and run it with pride. I will not be returning after this.

Honestly the best save-on foods in the entire lower mainland, was working near it for a good 2 years and went for lunch atleast 3 times a week there. The lunch selection is insane and all the food they make is on par with any other food place and their pizza is better. Store and bathrooms spotless, tons of staff who are willing to help. Out of the 2 years the only “slip up” they had was my food being a little cold for my liking, so i just asked them to put it in the heater a little and because of that gave it to me for free. Really wish i lived out there or closer than langley. Overall this place is probably the top 3 if not top location for save-on foods

We have nothing but good things to say about this particular store. The staff goes out of their way to make my children excited to go grocery shopping by offering them cookies and milk & fruit is always available.
I’ve had one of the best hamburgers in a while at the deli and it’s cheaper than going to a fast food place with much better quality. It’s been consistent since I visited quite a few times now.

Well, I guess I’ve never been to a Save On Foods in North Van before because I was impressed!!! I wish we had this kind of Save On in Vancouver and Burnaby. I was so jealous! The store was beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. There was even a wine and beer store! There was a buffet serving Indian food! And samples were being given out all over the place - like Costco! LOL! Everything was impeccable and prices were the same as anywhere else.

While this grocery store is great and all that,
it is INCREDIBLY frustrating, in my opinion, that they sell eggs in MULTIPLE CATEGORIES of morally TRIGGERING sale tags.
Cage Free - Organic
Cage Free - Free Run
CAGED!
Why are you doing this? Which board of directors sat down and came up with this as a fantastic idea for a tired shopper to spend another extra 20 minutes running through multiple scenarios of chickens fed grain, not fed grain, caged, not caged, organic, not organic...
How about you do that for the meat too: killed with love, killed without love, fed grain, fed germs! C'mon!
If people were coming to the grocery store to encounter a reflective experience and think so deeply about where their eggs or whatever else is coming from, they would NOT be at the grocery store.
Grocery stores are for convenience and IT IS NOT convenient to read 3-4 difference variations for eggs before purchasing. It's overwhelming.
