  Service changed a lot for the past months. You need to double check your order every time because they always forgot to put something, coffee is cold and service is awful.

  This McDonald's location has unfortunately become consistently unreliable. Tonight again, I placed a delivery order and two major items were missing: a Happy Meal for my daughter and the Big Mac from the $15 promotion. Neither item was in the bag. Just days earlier on Halloween, we ordered a large amount of food and four burgers were missing. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern. Almost every time there is at least one item missing, and there is always at least one item that arrives poorly prepared. The food often feels rushed and carelessly assembled. The most concerning incident happened back in August. We received a half-eaten Chicken McNugget that had clearly been refried. You could see bite marks. I submitted a detailed complaint with photos through McDonald's official website and never heard back. We have also tried contacting the restaurant directly a few times to address these basic issues. Each time, we were met with a manager who showed no concern and did not seem interested in resolving anything. The process to get missing items replaced or to receive a refund was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The level of bureaucracy for something as simple as receiving the food we paid for is unacceptable. Instead of helping, the staff made the situation more difficult, and it often felt like they wanted us to give up. We have contacted McDonald's customer service multiple times as well. We were sometimes refunded for the missing food, but that only covered the food itself and not the delivery fees or service charges. More importantly, we are not simply looking for refunds for the food we paid. We want consistent, reliable service and proper food handling. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. We do not choose McDonald's because we are looking for "fast food." We choose it because there are limited quick delivery options in our area that aren't pizza. When we order, we expect basic standards: accurate orders, safe food, and reasonable quality. This restaurant consistently fails to meet those expectations. I sincerely hope McDonald's Canada takes this seriously. If this franchisee cannot maintain proper service and quality standards, then McDonald's should rethink their partnership with them. Customers deserve better and the brand deserves better.
