  Attempted to order food in drive-thru at 12:10am. Asked if they served the OVO meal and was told to "shut up" by the worker at the drive through, then was told that my order would not be taken. I tried to order in the lobby (which was open at that hour) and was scolded by another employee while trying to order on the touch screen. I was told that I had been "mean" to the drive-thru worker and was not provided further explanation. Worker did not understand any questions I asked regarding the situation and continued to disrespect me and my company. Worst experience I have ever had in customer service, next to other times I have been disrespected by the same employee while attempting to order around that time. Seems like worker will do anything to not prepare an order within an hour of closing. Unbelievable that this level of service exists in a first world country such as Canada.

  Today, on Saturday, January 10th, around 9:30 PM, I visited the McDonald’s Lynn Valley branch. The young lady behind the counter was very polite and friendly, and her service was excellent. She handled my order with care and professionalism. The customer service was truly great, and I appreciated her positive attitude. Thank you for the wonderful service.

  If I could give this McDonald's negative stars, I would. The Lynn Valley location managed to turn what should have been a simple fast-food pickup into a full-blown disaster. They took my order, took my money, and then when I showed up... refused to give me my order. No explanation, no apology, just confusion and attitude like I was somehow the problem for expecting the food I already paid for. After standing there dealing with extremely rude staff who acted annoyed by my existence, they finally handed over the food - and I honestly wish they hadn't. The food was absolutely awful. Everything was soggy, cold, and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Fries limp, burger sad, and overall completely inedible. This place somehow combines terrible service, bad attitudes, and disgusting food all in one visit. It's impressive in the worst way possible. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This McDonald's doesn't deserve your time or money. Go somewhere else and save yourself.

  I live in the neighborhood, and this place is my go-to McDonald's (not anymore). Out of my ten recent orders (referenced via mobile app) - 7/10 of the time, there is food missing - 4/10 of the time, the fries are cold and/or is not filled in properly I used to work here more than a decade ago during my teens. Unfortunately, the new management has been consistently unreliable especially with drive-thru orders and mobile orders. When dining-in, wait times are slower than most McDonald's (even if its during slower times). The lobby is surprisingly generally clean but the hand dryer in the washroom has been broken for over a year now. The restaurant gives you a choice whether to bring your own handkerchief, wipe your hands on your clothes, or touch the washroom door handle with your wet hands. I will not be surprised if this chain has now become the most incompetent McDonald's throughout Vancouver. Kindly train your team and maintain your property PROPERLY please.
