  Had a great experience at KFC. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked. Everything was served hot and tasted amazing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled the orders quickly even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had — highly recommend this location!

  Ordered PEPSI on Uber and gor DIET Pepsi which has aspartame and is illegal in other countries. Simply unacceptable after ordering a family feast the most expensive thing they had.

  When ordering a three piece tenders today, i used a coupon from the website, I was then told because I used a coupon was not allowed to alter anything in any way shape or form. So I asked for a gravy to accompany the french fries that I was required to have. I was then given a large cup of gravy, no french fries and extra sauce. When asking where my fries were I was told that I needed to understand how the restaurant works, then claiming that I had requested specially to change my fries to gravy, and that I needed to pay them extra money to do anything further. Guys do better, don't tell me that I have to eat the french fries then, refuse to give me french fries and enforce that.For some reason, I demanded nothing but gravy.How the hell does that make sense?

  I ordered 10 tenders and 4 spicy chicken meals with fries and salad. I scheduled my order for pickup at a specific time, but it wasn’t ready and took an extra 20 minutes. The tenders were too salty, and the spicy chicken was undercooked and smelled raw. This was a very disappointing experience — one I’ve never had before. I won’t be ordering again.

  We ordered a Nine piece bucket with fries and gravy. We received 5 drumsticks and 4 thighs. No white meat or wings. The chicken was absolutely terrible, soggy skin and dripping grease. The bottom of the bucket had about 1/4 inch of grease . I could actually could squeeze grease out of the chicken pieces even after heavy blotting with paper towels. I know it is fried chicken, but in no way should it be so greasy. The fries were so oversalted they were inedible. Worst KFC experience. Check your order before you leave the store! I would have returned my order but it would have taken too long to drive back due to traffic.
