    The order errors/delivery delays are relatively common with this branch but at least they provide good customer service which is highly redeeming even for my inconvenience. Their cooking methods/mixtures does not seem to be very consistent (I had a combo once with one of the chickens relatively uncooked and still had blood). Some days it tastes perfect and cooked to perfection, some days it is very bland/unseasoned and undercooked. Overall with my experience, it is hard to be displeased with this restaurant considering they serve the customers properly (for the most part).

    We ordered kfc through Uber eats. Paid extra for white meat only and no wings but our order came wrong, and we got wings and legs instead. Called the store immediately and told them what happened. The manager apologized and said he would personally deliver the correct order. Amazing manager and deserves a big kudos! Thanks for the great customer service.

    The KFC in North Van has hit rock. Bottom. I have never had worse chicken in my life. Congratulations my opinion went from low to disgusted.

    Don’t waste your time here. The guy at the counter emptied my $25 gift card, then proceeded to tell me I have no balance when I scratched the pin off infront of him. Place is probably the worst KFC I’ve been to in the country, don’t waste your time or $.

    “I didn’t know my drink was 7-Up, and it tasted really bad. This is actually the second time it happened. It was nit busy, as well. There was no flavor—just gas. It makes me wonder how I’m supposed to trust KFC’s service. Honestly, it feels like the staff are being careless. When customers are hungry, we don't care. We might not check their order carefully because we trust you and paied that,so please make sure the drinks are correct. I know you work hard, but checking the small things can really improve the service.”
