  We ordered a Nine piece bucket with fries and gravy. We received 5 drumsticks and 4 thighs. No white meat or wings. The chicken was absolutely terrible, soggy skin and dripping grease. The bottom of the bucket had about 1/4 inch of grease . I could actually could squeeze grease out of the chicken pieces even after heavy blotting with paper towels. I know it is fried chicken, but in no way should it be so greasy. The fries were so oversalted they were inedible. Worst KFC experience. Check your order before you leave the store! I would have returned my order but it would have taken too long to drive back due to traffic.

  I go in and there’s one person working the till and the kitchen at the same time. She’s getting worked with no help. I give it the benefit of the doubt and come back after getting some groceries. Now there’s a second person and they’re too interested in talking to each other whilst there’s a huge line, online orders coming in and people coming in to pick up their online orders. With what happened at this KFC a few years back you think they would try and do a better job. Nope.

  Great customer service by Manjot—polite, attentive, and very professional. The chicken was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Overall, a pleasant experience with quality food and excellent service.

  I had a great experience at this KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and well prepared, and the service really stood out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Manjot was especially helpful, polite, and welcoming, which made a big difference in the experience. You can tell they care about providing good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
