  I think this is delicious Mexican food in North Vancouver! I get take out and it is always fresh ingredients and tasty!

  Always fast and friendly service at this location. Premises and bathroom almost always spotless, and everything stays well stocked. I can tell everyone works hard here!

  At the corner of the Lonsdale Ave. this is very convenient for walking visitors while who's driving may getting hard time to find a parking. Dining was spacious with mostly bar chairs. Food was great as you expected. If you like Mexican food, this is highly recommend. I personally prefer bowl type food. In add-on options be aware that Guacamole and White cheese are not free! Fountain drinks available with refill option.

  Staff were very rude and disengaged did not help with any questions. I wanted steak was dry and looked like jerky. Maximum five pieces of steak in container looks like they might’ve been 12 hours old so we didn’t get steak When got to the counter, the staff was confused when got to the till it was charged wrong and the solution to getting a refund was very lengthy and unnecessary. Was asked if I wanted a free side, but all I wanted was a refund for the money. I dropped my queso on the floor, which I will take was my fault however, when I looked at the staff and said I’m sorry I dropped my queso. I was met with blank stares no help was given or offered or even a word out of their mouth I had to go back-and-forth between the napkin station which was dirty and not refilled to pick up my queso off the floor. There were about seven people working in front of house no questions were answered and no help was given when needed. I honestly think all of the workers need a retraining and how to deal with customer service scenarios just to make everyone’s night a little smoother

  I don’t usually write long reviews, but this visit honestly deserved one. I went to this Chipotle a few days ago, and the experience stayed with me in the best way. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, welcoming, and organized — you can always tell when a team actually cares about their space, and this crew definitely does. What really made the visit special was the service. Harsh was helping us in line, and he treated us with such genuine kindness. He wasn’t rushing anyone, he wasn’t frustrated — he was patient, respectful, and warm, making everyone feel comfortable even during a busy moment. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of calm energy into their job, and it made such a difference. The food itself was perfect — fresh, warm, and full of flavour. You could taste the quality in every bite. It felt like the team really took their time with each bowl instead of just throwing ingredients together. The portions were great, everything looked clean, and the ingredients tasted like they had just been prepared. Even watching the staff work behind the counter, you could see how smoothly they moved and how well they supported each other. What touched me the most was that it didn’t feel like just another fast-food stop. It felt like a place where the staff actually cared about the people walking through the door. Harsh checking in with guests, the team working in sync, the fresh food, the clean environment — all of it reminded me that small moments of kindness during everyday errands truly matter. This visit made my day, and honestly, it made me appreciate good service even more. I left feeling happy, satisfied, and grateful. Thank you to Harsh and the entire team for making something as simple as getting a meal feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for the people who make this place feel so welcoming.
