  The space could've been cleaner... You know...dirty dishes put away, food stains on tables wiped.....etc. etc. Service was basic and rushed like any other Chipotle...maybe that's their trademark. The Steak Bowl was satisfying though. Or maybe I was just really hungry. I guess a more accurate indicator is....would I go back? There is something peculiar with all Chipotles. They are all notoriously excellent at underachieving. Not disappointing necessarily, but underachieving. The answer would have to be. No.

  First off the different toppings are never stored at the correct temperature, things are almost always lukewarm at best. Secondly the portions here are way smaller than any other Chipotle in the Vancouver area. Last the staff aren’t very friendly so I will not be going back.

  i was new to chipotle and visited for the first time around 4-5 PM. the store was spotless and very welcoming, and i instantly loved the quality of the food. i ordered a burrito with double barbacoa, since i was bit confused, Harshveer-- a Crew Trainer thats what his cap says- explained everything so patiently and polietly. he helped me pick their best-selling protien, and i added queso blanco, which made it even better! what touched me the most was that after i sat down, he actually came back to check if i liked my food. As a first time customer, that made me feel genuinely special and appreciated. His kindness and attention truly stood out. honestly, employees like Harshveer make a huge difference. Managers should definitely consider giving him a raise-- he really deserves it for the way he treats guests.🤩😍

  i had such an amazing visit at chipotle today!the food was fresh, the accuracy was perfect, and the new Red Chimichurri sauce completely stole my heart. Harshveer recommended it to us, and im glad he did-- it was honestly incredible. what touched me the most was that Harshveer actually came to our table to check if we liked the new sauce. that small gesture made the experience feel so personal and caring. it shows how much he loves what he does and how committed he is to making guests happy. thank you, chipotle team-- and a big shout-out-to Harshveer-- for making our meal feel extra special. we truly loved everything. ❤️🌯

  Arrogant clerks nearly ruined our Halloween. They refused to recognize our Nintendo character costumes as eligible for the promo, claiming they weren’t “Halloween costumes,” even though the official website only said you needed to wear a costume. When we complained to the manager, the story changed. They said Halloween is about ghosts, so costumes had to be GHOST-RELATED??? And that's not the funniest part yet. None of their photo examples showed anyone dressed as a ghost. Then they added, “If you were members, you’d get the discount anyway”, though they never asked that at first. Their attitude made it seem like the discount came out of their own paycheck. After nearly a hundred orders here, what a clever way to lose a loyal customer.
