  Had two burritos from this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and also incredibly attentive to dietary needs. My partner ordered a veggie burrito, and when she asked for the burrito sauce, the employee let her know that there’s egg in the sauce. It’s a small thing, but as someone who has gone to Mucho Burrito literally hundreds of times, this is the first time someone has displayed this level of knowledge. On top of that, the portions are perfect, food tasted delicious and the staff were incredibly welcoming. To the gentlemen working on November 11th at 3pm, thank you for making our experience so great.

  The owner at this north vancouver mucho burrito location is excellent. He understands what customer service truly entails and really goes the extra mile to chat with customers and be relatable. He trains his staff well. They are all very customer oriented. Thank you for being one of the good ones!

  After reading the reviews I wanted to give this place a try. I was disappointed. I got the 2X Protein Bowl with the base being Mexican Rice and Salad. The Pork and Steak meats were nice. Well seasoned and juicy, but it was the rest that was not very good. The rice which was the base was extremely overcooked and had no seasoning whatsoever. Just mush. The sauteed vegetables were at the bottom of the pan and so I just got some leftovers and even that was not fresh. One of the sauces I picked was Sour Cream. I think it was mixed with something else. It did not taste at all like sour cream, rather a watery version of it. It just felt for an $18 dollar bowl it underwhelmed massively. It was our first time at Mucho Burrito and my first impression was maybe competition for Chipotle. Not only do they not qualify to be considered competition, but even in their own category, I think they could benefit from raising the bar and standard quite a bit. Friendly and Helpful service though. Unfortunately that's not enough.

  I was lucky enough to have the owner make my burrito the price was as listed, the food quality looked good, everything looks fresh, and clean. I made a specialty order and there was no complaints whatsoever. There was no up cost, and the owner was very friendly and personable I would definitely recommend this place, and I would definitely eat here again..
