  I was very impressed with the service here. I have never seen a more competent employee as Ramen. I asked her for her name to give her high compliments here. She was professional, quick, explaining the meals well and treated us like customers should be treated. The management are very lucky to have her.!

  Great Burritos! I had the ground beef and my husband had the beef barbacoa. Arsh provided amazing customer service and had some great recommendations! Very clean and comfortable!

  Very friendly service, clean space, great value with good portion sizes. Impressive variety of toppings plus plant-based sauce, cheese, and protein options. I had the new shiitake carnitas and was thinking about it for days. Found my new go-to burrito spot!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share some constructive feedback about my recent visit to this Mucho Burrito location. If there are additional charges for certain items, I believe customers should be informed beforehand. This was my first time being charged for extra cheese. I’ve asked for extra cheese many times in the past and was never charged previously. The portion of cheese also seems to have decreased significantly, which makes it reasonable for customers to ask for more. I also requested extra lettuce and sour cream and was not charged for those, which made the cheese charge confusing. My concern isn’t the charge itself, but the lack of communication. It’s important to ask for customer consent before adding extra costs. For example, restaurants like Chipotle Mexican Grill typically inform customers in advance if an additional charge will apply before adding extra items. That kind of transparency helps avoid misunderstandings. I’m not trying to damage Mucho Burrito’s reputation. I’m taking the time to share this because I genuinely enjoy the restaurant and want to see it continue to improve. I love the food and usually appreciate the customer service, which is why this experience was disappointing. To their credit, when I raised the issue, I was refunded the $1 charge for the extra cheese, which I appreciate. The remaining tax wasn’t returned, but the amount itself is small. The principle is what matters: customers should always be informed and give consent before being charged extra. I don’t mind paying additional fees, but I do expect to be notified in advance. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used as a learning opportunity to improve communication and staff training. I’m sharing this with respect and with the hope of helping make future customer experiences even better. I still look forward to coming back.

  Absolutely loved the chicken bowl! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, rice was fresh, and all the toppings tasted amazing. Everything was well balanced and full of flavor. Great service and recommendation from the staff. They also provide samples if you want to try something. Definitely coming back! Mucho Gracias ❤️
