  I came in during a really busy time, but Harshveer handled everything so professionally the team was really nice too Manroop who helped me in cash she was really kind. The line was long, yet it kept moving quickly, and he made sure everyone was taken care of. He was checking on the team, communicating clearly, and still being respectful to customers. My order was perfect, and the overall experience felt smooth and well managed.

  Amazing food, great quality always. This is the best location ever I came. The employee are really nice. I have made frnds with them hahaha. They all are soo so cool and awesome. Definitely coming here everyday hahah

  had such a great experience at Chipotle! Harshveer and Bhawan both provided amazing customer service and made the visit truly enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. They took the time to make sure our order was perfect and were very patient and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. You can really see that Harshveer and Bhawan take pride in their work and genuinely care about customers having a good experience. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out. Employees like them make a huge difference and turn a simple meal into a memorable experience. Chipotle Northern is lucky to have such hardworking and kind people on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back again! 🌯⭐👏

  Abysmal experience. It was 4 pm and no veggies, no rice and half of the meat was over. There was 5 customers behind me - all of us waited for 10 mins or longer for being attended no. No eye contact or attention from the staff who seemed least interested in working there. Gradually all customers left. I asked tjem if I could get extra meat as they were out of pretty much everything. A rude no without explanation made me also leave the place. Really surprising that Chipotle has become this bad. Better support local businesses who care.

  Staff treated me like garbage. 5 people to serve me 1 quesadilla. And they still screwed it up. 1 person told me one thing. The next said that their coworkers have no clue what they are talking about while pointing at helpless innocent trainees. The dark haired woman was absolute trash and spoke like a bully. Demanding I pay for something I didn’t even want. $20 for a chicken quesadilla with bad attitude leaves a bad taste. Absolute garbage.
