  The share the fake delas on the board i hate there way of treating customer. I din’t like the service of staff too. I hated it.

  Once I placed an order through the subway app, doordash lost the order. So I had doordash phone the store and inform the staff that they had to call the merchant line so the customer could be refunded. I called the store to get an update and the girl working angrily suggested that I "had my friend call" and that it wasnt actually doordash. I tried to calmly explain to her the situation and that she just needed to call the doordash merchant line to confirm. She hung up and whenever I called again, she would hang up. I actually had to call my bank to dispute the charge just to get my money back. I'm not sure what is going on in the lives of the workers here, but the customer service is so questionable that I genuinely believe they need to get out of this line of work for their own well being. These are not normal responses to basic service issues and when it reaches that level, I think you need to consider a different line of work for the sake of your own peace.

  I tried subway for the first time today and asked the worker for recommendation she was helpful and food was so hot and yummy.

  I got my subway prepared by Gagan, she really did a great job. Everything was followed whether it would be hygiene, instructions while making the Sub Good Job !
