  I’m disappointed with my experience at this store. A security staff member (lady with a nose ring and hair in a tight bun) repeatedly gave me uncomfortable looks and followed me around, which made me feel unfairly judged. As a customer, I expect to feel respected and not singled out. I tried to find a manager to raise this concern but was unable to do so. This happened around 3-4PM today(27th March 2026) This was my first visit after relocating to the area, and it left a negative impression. I hope the store takes steps to ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Save-On-Foods with a cashier named Ava. During checkout, she handled my groceries very roughly and was literally throwing my items instead of placing them properly. This was not only disrespectful but also concerning, as some items could have easily been damaged.

  1 star because I need management to see this: Check your expiration dates! I just pulled near a dozen salad dressings off the shelves for being 5 months expired. 1 was 12 MONTHS gone, and another 14. You have the same problem in the mayo/miracle whip section. Sign up for the Too Good to Go app if you're having problems selling items before they expire.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Save-On. The cashier, Ava, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke very loudly in a harsh tone and was especially unfriendly toward elderly customers. She kept rolling her eyes and even shouted at her coworkers in front of everyone.

  I used to like this store until my experience this morning with an extremely rude cashier. Save On Foods, please train your cashiers to treat customers with some respect even if they don’t want to purchase a product in cart.
