The hygiene, as the staff member’s hair came into contact with the food during preparation. 😤 I was also concerned about a valid two-for-one coupon at the beginning of my order, but after ordering, I was told it did not work due to a system error. Unfortunately, the staff member did not know how to resolve the issue, and I was unable to receive the sandwiches. I wanted to share this feedback politely and hope it can be addressed.
