    Worst experience ever at this Subway. I ordered a veggie sub with just cheese and veggies and was refused extra onions and cucumbers — even after I offered to pay.I have been to many Subway locations and have never once been told I cannot get extra vegetables or there is a “limit of 6” This is completely unreasonable, especially when the entire point of a veggie sub is the vegetables.

    Do not go to this subway if you are a human. On my way to work nature called and I needed to use the men’s room. I knew I wouldn’t be able to hold out till I arrived, so I got off at Columbia station to use the washroom. I ordered a cookie and politely asked to use the rest room, for which I was rebuffed. The employee claimed that “the toilet was out of order”. So I made my leave. This is the same response I received during a similar dilemma, at the same subway a year prior. Not even getting into the legal ramifications of an eating establishment not having a public bathroom. In terms of business it shows they don’t care about their customers. Never coming again.
