  They did not give us the French Fries we order with our order! I am really disappointed that they did not complete our order as purchased!

  KFC has been a part of my kid’s childhood, but the quality has drastically declined over the years. Today was the worst experience by far. I received decent coupons and was convinced to try again, but upon arriving I was told I could only use one, and before I could try to explain that my daughter was right outside and she should count for another customer, some other costumer (who had already ordered) started to yell from behind me backing up the worker. In the past we were able to come to an understanding, but the worker wouldn't listen to me and only escalated the situation. Eventually, I used one coupon and sent my daughter in to order. She saw the worker reward the yelling customer with free fries while ignoring my daughter. When we finally got home, the worker gave us original instead of spicy, and the only flavor was an overwhelming amount of salt. Napkins and sauce were not offered, and the worker didn’t even ask if we wanted a receipt, so we were unable to write our review on the actual consumer survey but we ordered 9pm on a Saturday. Overall, you have lost four costumers.

  Went to get kfc for lunch wait in the empty drive though for 5 mins i ordered the Marty's box meal with a macaroni salad and the hand me a zinger box with gravy not my oder at all ask for 7up got to the window she said pepsi and I said no 7up very bad attitude and work ethic do not recommend going
