    I saw a lady drop chicken on the floor. She used the same tongs that they use to take chicken out of the warmer. She didn't get a new tong. She just placed it back to their workstation. She threw away the chicken she dropped. She put it in a plastic drawer. It's still not the third world though.

    Fabulous experience also staff behavior is very nice chicken is very tasty also every food is excellent and neat and clean environment so I think everyone try there foods 😘💕❤️

    I ordered my order on Uber for pick up at the store as the store was so busy with Uber and skip the dishes I couldn't order food at the counter and the order machine was broken 🙃. I waited the eighteen minutes that uber said I had to wait for my food in my car outside the restaurant.Uber then notified me that my order was ready.So I went inside and there were ten uber or skipped the dish's drivers.All standing in front of the counter, they really should be standing off to the side there was even an older gentleman that was trying to order.But unfortunately, he wasn't able to order because of all these drivers, and there was a couple that was also trying to order.They made their way to the counter.However, nobody came to take their order.So after ten minutes they left. I waited in the store for about fifteen minutes and my order never came.So I decided to go through the drive through.I went through the drive through, and they proceeded to try to tell me to come inside i let them know.I would not be coming inside as I couldn't get to the counter.Because of all the uber and skip the dish's drivers.So the lady agreed to give me my order through the drive through window. When I got to the window, she then proceeded to tell me that they were out of onion rings as they were.Sold out for the day so she gave me two bags of french fries instead of the onion rings, and then I asked her if there was extra mayo on my big crunch sandwich, like I instructed, and she said, no.And then went and got me a side of mayo. After going to my car.I realized that the sandwich she had gave me was the spicy crunch.I ordered the original crunch, so I went back through the drive through.I ordered my correct order and guess what?They did have onion rings.The lady was lying to me.I went to the window.I told her I would not be paying for that.And I gave her the old order back and told her, this was not my order at all.She took my food and looked very mad. The new food I got the sandwich was cold.And the onion rings were super greasy and not seasoned.I was really not impressed with the quality or the staff.They really should not be accepting uber or skip the dishes orders.If they cannot deliver excellently

    rude staff. lone customer today Nov 11/25 at 3:15pm. store with 3-4 working. not a single one acknowledging. I waited for less than a minute and asked, “can I order?” one staff member came up and asked, “what’s happening?” Well, I said “I want to order” And I gave my order and she said, “that’s all!?!?” like in a demeaning tone. she came back with my order and literally just their dropped hard my order on the counter. classic!

    I rarely eat KFC, perhaps once in a year or not even. I am never going back again nor buy from any other locations due to the poor quality. KFC you have gone downhill with your quality plus how you are scamming people with barely any chicken on the bone and overloaded with the breaded crumps. You are deceiving people. I wish I would have taken pictures. Not sure if anyone else have noticed that there is barely any chicken and it’s fully loaded with crumps only. . It barely had chicken inside. The thigh didn’t have any meat. It was Hallow. The wings barely had meat and the legs same. It was very disappointing as I paid money and didn’t enjoy the meal. It was so grouse that I had stomach pain all night. I paid almost $30 for no chicken just coated deep fried crumps. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this. Also had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. Language barrier was an issue with staff. They didn’t even apologize for getting the order wrong. I’d rather have MacDonald or Church’s chicken. Never having KFC ever again.
