  Food was bad, cold, less than usual. Do not waste your time with this location. Fountain drinks taste molded, we haven’t got any napkins and we have been kicked out before the closing time for cleaning… disappointing

  Might be one of the worst KFC locations in Vancouver. Small drive thru, horribly paved drive thru. I was starving and craving kfc so I drove out of my way to come here. The lady hands me my drink and she spilt all down the sides so instantly my hands are sticky. I take a bite of my sandwich and it’s barely warm and the chicken taste old. Surely the poutine can’t let me down.. wrong again! It was a cold soup with soggy fries. This has made me so angry that I’m leaving a review. Will the management fix this? No they won’t, they don’t care one bit. This establishment is 100% one to avoid.

  I had a great experience at KFC New Westminster! The food was fresh, hot, and really delicious—just what you’d expect when you’re craving comfort food. What stood out the most was the staff—they were very friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back again! 😊

  You guys must understand Jasle is solution herself. This person must be manager here and the supervisors must understand she is a perfect asset for company. KFC is not having good days last couple years they were struggling. But people like Jasle make me come back with their approach. She don’t say “we can’t” she finds a solution based on customer service and shares what she can best with sincerity
