    I ordered a Korean themed cake and it turned out beautifully. The cake decorator, Danielle?, called me to go over what we wanted and it was really nice talking with her and getting her feedback. Wonderful service and the cake was really special, she went above and beyond.

    Had a really great customer experience with Taneesha. She was super friendly and was very attentative to my nut allergy. She even offered to sanitize the machine before serving my Blizzard to minimize the risk of cross contamination, which was much appreciated!

    After paying for my order, I noticed Nabiha handling my ice cream cone with her bare hands, touching the bottom of the cone where it isn't covered by the sleeve. I asked for another using a napkin but she refused. I said its fine and asked for a refund. Before handing me the change, she told me to pay attention next time in an unprofessional tone. This sort of experience is very frustrating. I don't expect the employees to wear gloves but napkins are the bare minimum especially if they plan on grabbing the cone from the bottom where its exposed. Rather than simply making me another cone, Nabiha argued with me for not paying attention. Unprofessional with no problem solving skills. Response to owner: I submitted my complaint via this form but have not received a call nor an email. I tried contacting the store number but no one picks up.

    I like to compliment on the staff at this location. They truly have great customer service and always willing to help even when they are super busy. I can tell they are a group of young teenagers or university students but their customer service is beyond some working professionals. Great job!
