Food expired, horribly packaged sandwich meat sliced into GIANT pieces. Older delivery woman was so rude, horrible nosy parker, and inappropriate that I will NEVER order groceries from here again. I have never said a word other than "thank you" and included a tip, to this woman at first. But for some reason, she was just nasty every time she arrived, making NOT asked for comments about my life, NOT ASKED for. Obviously coming from a place insecurity about god knows what. Every other person was totally fine, but she is was horrid and it made me feel sick to my stomach. DO better!

If you want quality food, Kootenay co-op or Ferraro have better products at similar prices. If you want good deals, go literally anywhere else. They also accidentally merged my points account with someone else behind the scenes, so I collected points for someone else for 8 years, and then treated me like I'd stolen the other person's account. The issue was eventually resolved but they only gave me a fraction of the points I (thought I) had. Then it happened again 4 years later, guess they didn't fix it the first time.

Awful Save-On! Produce never looks fresh, tiny plant based section, way too overpriced compared to everywhere else, always overcrowded and the car park takes up far too much off the waterfront! Decent (but very overpriced) organic section means this isn’t a 1*
