  Their drive-thru electronic breakfast menus switch way too fast. Not having enough time to view their new items until the screens changes back every couple seconds ultimately results in people taking more time to order. Would be a lot simpler if they just listed all items at once instead of valuable space taken up by pictures. Perhaps this is a subtle ploy to incentivize people to download their app.

  Multiple times I have walked out of this specific establishment. Horribly understaffed for sure. Do not go in at night. You can stand there a good 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention with no hope in sight, and if / by the time you do get your food if it's correct and you don't have to send it back, you've spent a good 20-30 minutes at what should be a quick " fast food" stop.

  Ordered a cheeseburger extra onions, no pickles through the drive through and received a cheeseburger no onions, with 1 single pickle on it. I then tried to call and explain the mess up to which the person on the phone kept claiming my order did not exist and then tried to claim it was the McDonald’s in Walmart, after picking up the phone and saying Mary Ellen dr. I asked for a manager and the phone went silent for a few seconds and then the same person came back and started talking to me again. Ended up just telling them it’s whatever just please pay attention to the order screen next time as I no longer got to eat my burger

  I visited the drive thru today around 12:30 where I ordered several menu items, including a grilled cheese Happy Meal. My son was anything but happy when he opened his grilled cheese to find that it was literally inedible. The sandwich was microwaved in the packaging and the cheese was stuck to the bag, leaving the most unappetizing sandwich I've ever seen. How is this quality? It should have never been served. What a waste of $6+.
