  If I could give zero stars I would. I was in the mood for some fried chicken. Hadn’t eaten KFC in years, maybe decades. Arrived to be told they were “out of chicken”. Upon further questioning they meant to say that they had to cook more and it would be 10 minutes. Not a problem so I waited. When I got my food there was so much grease the ink was coming off the box. There was barely any batter on the chicken, likely due to the grease. The experience was disgusting. I will NEVER eat KFC again. Popeyes or Mary’s chicken is far better. And if I’m craving a greasy food without the excess, I’ll get fish and chips.

  I had a very good experience at KFC. The staff was very friendly and polite. My order was ready on time and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and the environment was nice and comfortable. The cashier also helped me choose the best meal. I really liked the taste and quality of the food. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and I would like to visit again.

  I recently visited KFC with my friends and had a great experience. As a vegetarian, I wasn’t sure what to order, but our server Vruddhi was very kind and helpful she guided me through the Taco Bell menu and suggested great options. She also recommended items for my friends, and we all enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh, the service was excellent, and overall it was a wonderful visit thanks to her friendly service.

  Wnent through the drive thru to pick up some food for supper, We ordered the bobeless bucket with a couple other items and after waiting for 20 to 30 mins we go out food and drove home. This is what our chicken looked like. Such small pieces and was burnt or really dirty oil. These strips were more of the breading than chicken.

  I went through the drive through today, March 29, 2026. There were two vehicles before me and the person in front of me was told it was going be 10 to 15 minutes. I ordered four chicken fingers, fries and gravy. Took a bite of one of my tiny overcooked chicken finger and found a hair in it. They were smaller than my car fob and overcooked, making the chicken dry. The gravy tasted like cornstarch or some sort of thickener. The fries weren’t bad but they had a sweet salty flavour. It’s been years since I ate there, and it will be many years before I’d ever go back. A lot of money for something I had to throw away. (It won’t allow me to post a picture. ☹️)
