  Recently, I ordered from Taco Bell and everything was amazing. The food was full of flavour and served fresh. The tacos were delicious and the Crunchwrap was so yummy. The staff were very kind and the service was quick. We always visit this place and leave happy. Thank you Taco Bell!

  Everything about this restaurant sucks, staff sucks. Customer service is terrible. They’ll wait until after 10:30 to confirm your order so they can cancel it because after 10:30 they don’t make your order, so I placed a pick order and my food was ready for pick up, but when I get there it isn’t ready. Food was never prepared so, why does it say it’s ready and then when I ask them why that it, they can’t give me a reasonable answer as to what’s going on they say it’s DoorDash fault last I checked the restaurant confirms the order not the app so them saying DoorDash confirmed the order doesn’t really make sense to me, why would it say ready for pick up and how would DoorDash know if it is or not

  I had a great experience at Taco Bell. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The tacos were perfectly filled and well prepared. Everything was served quickly and the order was accurate. The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the food and the service. I will definitely visit again.

  absolutely terrible. I Order $25 worth Of Taco Bell for me and my sister and when it arrived, it was the complete wrong order and the food arrived cold. To make matters worse when I tried to call the Taco Bell location to complain they wouldn’t even pick up their phone. And the food that I got was disgusting and looked like the person had just thrown it in the bag and moved on. I don’t know if it was skip the dishes fault for the messed up order, but it was Taco Bells fault for the order. I wish I could give zero stars. Then, when a lady finally answered the phone, she told me there’s nothing they could do and then hung up on me…

  This used to be one of my favorite fast foods in Nanaimo years ago. I think there has been a few changes of management since. Each time the quality dropping even more. I decided to give it another shot, hoping that maybe this time.. this time it would taste like it once did. Instead I got possibly the worst experience I've had, and my last. Got crunchwraps, which were assembled with no love or care. or proper portions. Just mouthfulls of lettuce and dry tortilla, with two or three teaspoons of beef and a teaspoon of nacho cheese lumped into one corner of the whole wrap. They also forgot my nacho cheese on the side. Only positive thing I can say is they did remember to throw in the packets of hot sauce. That may be for nothing, as I write this review my stomach has started churning and burbling from the little bit I could consume; its probably about to make me sick. I don't think this place reflects the quality of taco bell, and I think taco bell corporate needs to step in and correct something.
