  pretty mid on a good day honestly but was especially disappointed today. ordered online to avoid waiting 20 minutes in store for food but my entire order was incorrect. Ordered 2 black bean crunch wraps supreme, got refried beans, which fine sure, whatever. Ordered refried bean cheesy gordita crunch, got beef instead. Couldn't even eat it since we are vegetarians. Order didn't even have the hot sauce in the bag we asked for. Literally didn't get one thing correct. Disappointing.

  When I got there, they were out of beef and baja blast, yet I could order online items with beef and baja blast. I have also ordered here before any they were out of cheese. I preordered online 1.5hours before, and my order was 45 minutes late from the set time. UPDATE: they burnt all of the chalupas on my order, which I did not notice until I was home obviously. Changed my rating of 3 on food to 1.

  What a joke. This Taco Bell has usually been pretty 50/50 on if it’s good or not, but oh my god, this was the worst fast food experience in my life. Firstly, they were out of SO MUCH. No doritoes locos, no beef, no tomatoes just to name a few, which lead us to order our tacos and burritos with beef. Also, the floors were filthy, tables covered in crumbs and sticky in some places. The food was 30 dollars which is already steep for normal quality TB, but I honestly should’ve returned it based on how it came out. My burrito was the size of my palm, filled with lettuce sauce, and no chicken, while my mom’s tacos were absent of tomatoes, sauce and crumbled into our hands. But the worst part was the fries supreme. No cheese sauce, no beef, to tomatoes, and a MEASLY squirt of sour cream. Instead of the beef, they substituted chicken(three pieces btw) which was cold, and disgusting. To make the food edible, I went to get some cheese sauce and hot sauce, and even though 4 team members saw me, it took 6 minutes to be served some cold, gross cheese sauce. I worked in fast food before, and sometimes you would rather kill yourself then serve customers, but holy, just close at this point.

  For fast food, I don't expect more than the bare minimum as it's a hard, thankless job... but I can't excuse the behavior of this location. Today, we ordered two basic items, sat in the drive-through for about 15-20 minutes with no one else in front or behind us creating traffic, and were met with very rude service. When we were able to eat our food, I realized they had only given us one of our items, but still charged me for two. I paid $26.00 for a burrito from taco bell. At the end of the day, the employees don't have to care about the orders if they don't want to, but at least make sure you've made the food someone has paid for. Please do better.

  Wow….just wow is all I can say about this meal. 25 dollars for nothing! I basically got nothing in my burrito and a small fry looks like a snack size. Couldn’t believe how small the burrito was, with no toppings what so ever inside it. beef taco my mom got I thought was vegetarian with how little meet there was in it. Way overpriced for what you get and took forever to get the food and after the wait it wasn’t even worth it. Horrible food quality. I know it’s fast food but you expect a little more for what you pay for at least. What a joke
