The manager on this evening (feb 5 2026) was rude and condescending to staff and customers (including in front of my kids). I have worked in restaurants for many years and been to many subways and never experienced this before. He should be retrained on how to train staff and should probably have a co-management on at the same time in the event he cannot handle situations.

Been a routine subway guy for a long time, not hard to please. Staff and quality here are genuinely horrible.
