I’m lactose intolerant and asked for no cheese, they put two rows of white cheddar. I got a plain meatball sub for my stepdad and they put smashed avocado on it? Just genuine incompetence.

Don’t order on the app. They know they can do a bad job if you’re just picking it up and not watching them make it. Last time I’m going to be getting subway from here.
