I've personally worked for Subway at different locations and I know you aren't supposed to treat customers this way and IGNORE sandwiches to be dressed while going into the back and talking instead? One day I saw them running low and rather than going to the back and grabbing a fresh insert to fill with fresh lettuce they just dumped more into the almost empty gross wilted lettuce bin and kept going. Any decent cook knows not to spread poor product into new fresh products. When I pointed out it was kinda gross and now instead of getting fresh lettuce im getting fresh mixed with brown wilted bits they told me "its our policy" I told them that's gross and they shouldn't do it that way but apparently the owner wants it done this way. I won't eat subway unless the veggies are fresh and tasty and this place does obviously not care about what it serves its customers. Hopefully they will find a way to have better standards in the future.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and quick with service. I ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T. on toasted Italian herbs and cheese bread, and it was made exactly how I wanted — fresh veggies, perfect portion of sauces, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
