- JJJ JSep 4, 20255.0I was at the mall on a busy summer weekend in BC and needed a quick lunch before heading out. The line at Subway was long, but I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff worked through the orders. When it was my turn, I asked for a footlong but wanted two different kinds of ingredients inside on each half. The staff member was so friendly and accommodating; they didn't hesitate and perfectly crafted the custom order for me. My experience was fantastic, and I have no idea why people would rate this store anything less. I highly recommend it for the great service and delicious food.

When we returned to politely point out the mistake, the owner dismissed our concern and told us to “get lost.” This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable.

- SGSelena GogoJul 15, 20251.0i work in the mall and sometimes need to run and grab lunch, I explained to the worker I need to be speedy and quick as he can do it. bit he dragged his feet snd it took almost 10 minutes to make one 6inch sub because he kept asking me to repeat myself, the spinach was a little slimey. personally I perfer the one across the highway. I hope next time I go it's better.

The prices have gone through the roof but the quality has decreased exponentially. Don't support these American chains.
