The Last time before Remembrance Day I had a few of their staff acting weird towards me after i bought some cough drops since I had a cold/flu hit me and i was talking to vets. I am there to buy items and be friendly. I am new to the area after my mom died. So I don't appreciate them looking at me as if I am a bad person. I have been a customer of the company for many years. Yes there is someone who I am friendly with and make conversation with because she is at the tills. We have things in common. Isnt that part of customer service? Maybe I should take my business elsewhere if I cant make conversation with the staff to show appreciation for the service at self-checkout. It was good at the beginning.
