  Would not honor their own pricing, just cuz it won’t come up in their system. Went trough 3 cashiers. They all did not know what they doing or try to get ride of me saying they are in their brake. Manager with beard came, could also not help and came up with some weird excuse that made no sense to him or me!

  I am a partially disabled man who went to the Country Club ) Save-On during their case lot sale on Jan.31st. I loaded all my heavy cases onto the belt as the cashier could not reach them with her wand. The terminal crashed and I was asked to wait for a reboot but could not be told how long the wait. Instead of helping me move my heavy items to a working terminal I was told I could have the items held and come back (again) later. I was not asked if I had transportation later but allowed to leave the store without a single purchase. This lack of service is about as bad as it gets.

  We shop there on the regular good customer service. The prices seem better then some of the other stores in the area.

  Could not see in the freezer section because no lights are on! I will stick with Thrifties their lights are great and food is visible. Fancy turning lights off to save money disregarding customers. Just wrong.
