  Dinner with friends. Our waitress Holly was awesome, she made our evening very memorable! The drinks and food were excellent. Holly’s service was second to none, she put us at ease and made us laugh. I now know the difference between a 22 oz beer versus a 23 oz beer, LOL.

  We had such a great experience at Montana’s, and a big part of that was our server, Mia. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, welcoming, and really attentive without being overbearing. She checked in at the perfect times, made sure our drinks were always topped up, and had a great attitude the whole time. Mia knew the menu well and gave us some awesome recommendations. Our food came out quickly, everything was exactly right, and she made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving people a great dining experience. It’s not every day you get service that stands out this much, but Mia definitely made our visit memorable. If you’re eating here, I’d highly recommend asking for her section. Thanks again, Mia, for the fantastic service!

  We had an awesome experience at Montana’s BBQ & Bar thanks to Krista. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole table feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Even while the restaurant was busy, she stayed upbeat, checked in at all the right times, and made sure everything was perfect.

  Had OUTSTANDING service by a wonderful young man named Kyle the other day after I had just got out of CPTSD trauma therapy. To be honest I was feeling pretty vulnerable and needed a half rack to pick me up, and pick me up it did! Kyles positive and kind nature restored my spirits and the ribs restored my hollow leg. Not to mention the free smells ;P Thanks for everything Montana’s you really know how to be there for us through the thick and thin.

  I guess they were slammed with some big tables, but... The restaurant is dirty with cob webs everywhere. We were worried the thick balls of dust on the ceiling lamp would fall in our food. Every person except one at our table had something wrong with the food. Person 1: undercooked mushy onion rings and sauce that tasted expired 2. Cold baked potato (could not melt butter) and steak was not cooked correctly 3. Cold baked potato and two items were missing... coleslaw and something else 4. Cold fries 5. Cold fries, burnt fish 6. Cold fries, burnt fish.... returned her fish and they came back with another burnt fish 7. Cold fries They tried to correct it. New potatoes were brought, one serving of hot fries. And one new fish with fries. The manager was friendly and gave us ice-cream after we requested something to compensate like a free dessert. They explained that they had some other large tables and the orders all went in at once and they were not organized well. When we suggested that maybe the oil needed to be changed for the fish, we were told the oil is fine and maybe the cook needs to be changed. I hope this was a one off. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the servers were friendly and seemed to be trying hard.
