- WSWil ShoJan 5, 20263.0So the little lady manager has a mean streak, watch out. Got a grilled cheese happy meal to cheer up the wife. One normal bun one bottom bun. Never touched a grill. Went in and asked for a GRILLED cheese. She said "that how we do here, no grill just microwave". After a small argument I managed to get a replacement jr chicken which was squishy and wet. So no sandwich for my wife, gave her all my fries which were actually hot when we got them. Hit or miss with this McDonald's. Other employees were nice and wanted to help but manager takes an argument to get what you want or don't. Also the charge a deposit on the little chocolate milk bottles which you can't get back for return.

But nothing could prepare us for Dayanera ( sorry for the guess on spelling) the energy and smiles that came out of that microphone were amazing and made us smile. We received the same response when we got to the window to pick up our order. We made sure to tell her that her energy had made us smile After asking her name , she wished us a happy new year and away we went. Dayanera is a great example of how the smallest of things can have such a positive effect on others. 😊

One time the app's mobile order system screwed up and my order didnt go through on their end even though my app clearly showed it ordered at this location. I was left standing there waiting for 20 minutes before staff finally asked me what my order was then the girl obviously didn’t believe me in spite of me showing her my order in the app, and gave horrible service arguing with me instead of just getting my food made right away and maybe apologizing for the mistake and long wait. Only time I've been seriously unimpressed with the service.
