Then the man says “sorry you’ll have to try again it declined”, so I do and it goes through. He says “if you’re charged twice we’ll refund it”. Then I’m denied a receipt, I’ve brought it up with other employees and they said no receipt no refund, I explain I’m denied a receipt and they don’t care. I don’t know what the man gets out of it by charging me twice, maybe his own free meal, but it’s not right. He tried doing it to me a 3rd time and I just drove away without my drink.
