  My experience at this KFC was great. The staff were friendly, fast, and very respectful. My order was correct, the food was fresh, and the place was clean. I felt welcomed and satisfied, and I would definitely visit again.

  Very poor customer service. Put an order in online and clearly stated 4:45 for pick up time. I got late picking it up ( I arrived 5:15) thinking, all good, the food will be ready, I’ll grab it and go. Reality check- food wasn’t EVEN READY! Can’t believe the below level customer service 👎

  Someone was nice enough to buy me a KFC card. Super Nice. I took it to KFC Nanaimo in the mall. Cheap date with my classy lady. They wouldn’t honor the card.. the ‘KFC card.’ His suggestion was just keep trying KFC stores until it works. Conclusion. Don’t buy anyone a KFC card. Someone paid $50 for it, but clearly I won’t be driving from store to store to see if it works. KFC used to be a pretty legit franchise, not so much any more. Lots of other Chicken stores picking up the mantle.

  Bought a meal through Skip. Years ago, this KFC was 10/10. I’m starting to see that this has changed over the past while. I don’t have time to go into the details, but items missing, half a box of fries, chicken floury, sandwiches made without ingredients because ‘they didn’t have any left.’ Went into the restaurant, was told that is how the chicken is made. Go anywhere else but here. Popeyes is around the corner about 2 minutes away.

  We came to this store as expecting to get food faster than restaurant we order 2:11 4pcs chicken n 3 drinks. The line up is getting long and store getting crowded and theres no food coming out at 2:35 i decided to stand in front to see whats going on. There 2 girls and 3 boys working. Both girls working in kitchen are laughing and talking without working. I observe how they work. On top of that there celjng is leakjng thats way the staff are having hard time to move around as it was flooding in there kitchen. Then anit staff came and both girl in kitchen started to stop working and just talking to this new girl in my frustration i told them to get back and work and finish the order as theres so many people eaiting for there food other family was there 55 mins. Instead of apologizing from bad service the girl in eye glass stated to yell bck at me saying shes been working there since 9am and she is tired and other lady come out and start to apologize. I explain to her that we are waiting fir long and Im so hungry instead of arguing with me why dont focus in making a food and make it faster. Im complaining about poor service and poor situation of store the leak is not safe for the worker and a big hindrance to there speed. Slow service, rude staff, dirty lobby tables and chair, unsanitary store.
