Went to this DQ in the mall yesterday (Aug.16) to order a small Oreo blizzard. Had the app open to scan my barcode to get the points. The staff member told us they “don’t have a scanner”. Ok that’s fine we can scan the receipt according to the DQ app to get our points. Nope! They “don’t have that kind of receipt” either! So looks like you can’t earn any points at this DQ location. If you can earn points there and the staff member
Was wrong, they need better training.

The blizzard had big portions! I've never seen it so full. I shared with 3 other people with a small size.
The people working there were effective and understanding. One of the best DQ experiences I've had!

Brutal. Brutal Brutal. Never ever go here. Unless you have hours to kill. I had to wait to edit this because I knew there would be some kind of canned BS response and sure enough a canned response that means nothing. How about doing something about the you guys pretending to clean while just standing there looking disinterested. The line was huge and you had this guy just standing there with a spray bottle in his hand doing nothing. The manager didn’t even look like she knew how to work the ice cream machine. We were completely forgot about and when we did get our order (24.50 worth for three items) DQ has gone downhill in lots of locations but they sure have bombed north of Duncan. As I said don’t spend your money here unless your looking to be disappointed.

Burgers are absolutely disgusting, under cooked meat, they changed the buns and the buns are so stale that even the birds won't eat them. Its very expensive i just bought one meal with an extra burg and It cost me over 16 dollars. I choked down one because i was starving but I threw the second one out because I would feel bad about giving such trash to even a homeless, person. Sad thing is Dairy Queen used to be really good until the new management took over and absolutely ruined the store, Never going back and unless your getting ice cream save your money! It won't let me post this unless I give it 1 star which is 1 too many!
