  Bad experience today with a young blonde cashier, I was in a hurry and placed my basket at the end of the till underneath, thats where most cashiers have told me to leave the basket at any other grocery store. Well this girl see's the basket and decides to yell loudly "whoever left this basket here its not where it goes you put it back UGH" and then stomped off, it is the staffs job to go around and collect the baskets not like I left it in the middle it was tucked out of the way at the end, very unweloming to be yelled at by staff over nothing.

  Quiet and clean, lots of helpful staff, and the cashiers were very accomidable.. was in and out in under 10 mins with 7 grocery items. Good prices and easy store navigation

  Thought i lost my phone and a very nice young male cashier helped me out. Came out of the store and let me use his phone to call mine and was very helpful and sympathetic. I also saw him joking around and helping other customers out. Big shout out to Joshua! Also the produce was very nice today. My phone was in my car in the end. Panic averted.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at the customer counter at the Nanaimo location. Today, I was met with a female employee who was incredibly rude; she didn't acknowledge my greeting and aggressively snatched the money from my hand with a hostile expression. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and ruined my entire shopping experience. I hope management takes this seriously."
