I was there a couple weeks ago before returning to Vancouver and I’ve been meaning to write a review. The produce section smelled awful, and when I walked past one of the male employees with dreadlocks and a long beard working there, the odor was so strong it was genuinely uncomfortable. I don’t say that lightly as I’m not someone who complains about small things, but it was hard to even browse without wanting to leave the area. On top of that, his whole demeanor felt very closed off. I asked a simple question about where something was, and the response came off curt and uninterested, like I was bothering him. Customer service used to be a strong point here, so this was disappointing. Between the smell in produce from lack of hygiene and the attitude, the experience just felt unpleasant overall. I expect better from a store at these prices. Thank you.

I felt like I was getting looks and when I was going through check out they seemed really impatient and started pushing the next person’s stuff into mine before I could finish bagging my own stuff.
