  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Raj. He did an excellent job making my sandwich and paid great attention to detail. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. The service was quick, professional, and the sandwich turned out perfect. Really appreciate the effort,great customer service!

  The girl named Harman was scratching her underarms with gloves on in the back kitchen When she noticed customers at the front, she came straight to make my sub without changing her gloves or washing her hands When I asked her to change the gloves for hygiene reasons, she refused and said she didn’t want to WASTE GLOVES 🤢 This is extremely unhygienic, disgusting, and unacceptable in a food service environment. If staff can’t follow basic cleanliness rules, management seriously needs to step in before someone gets sick

  The staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed to serve customers, especially the girl working the closing shift on February 10. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like a burden rather than guests. Customer service clearly needs improvement.i don't know why they guys hire these types of people who don't know how to behave with customer ..

  I never want to come here again. If someone ruins your mood, how can you enjoy your food? The way the food was served felt careless, almost like it was just thrown together. She don't know what is a defination of customer service ..I think that girl need to go school instead of working here ...
