  letting select people in while telling others they are closed cause of short staff, I have had nothing but problems with the mission location and yall seriously need to think of rebuilding your staff members. And as I am typing this they just served another person but can’t serve me. WHAT IS EVEN THIS MCDONALDS BRU.

  Terrible customer service!! I'm a worker of McDonalds at a different location, me and my fiancé came to grab lunch together at the Mission location. Keep in mind I have gotten the SAME order every single time I have came to the Mission location and I have asked them to put my discount on my EXACT SAME order everytime at this location and they have always done it. Today, the manager who was there "Manpreet" if I remember correctly, refused to give me my discount and I had to argue with her and the cashier for 30 MINUTES (both employees were VERY disrespectful). This is unacceptable as I am also a crew member of the McDonald company. The number one rule is to make sure your customer is satisfied with their service. EVEN IF they are working at a different location then you. VERY disappointed with this location.

  Nice McDonald's my friends and I went to have a quick snacks. The pancake unfortunately I had was pretty cold it felt as tho it wasn't cooked or warmed up properly...we also waited for 20mins or so for the food to come for 3 orders.

  Management is getting worse day by day. One of employee in drive through around 3pm today gave me wrong order. I checked my food bag right away at drive through because this happens with me often. When i asked that i got wrong food order, she ( Manager Shelly ) talked to me so rude like why im asking her for order correction. She said she is not supposed to get learn anything from customers. I asked for manager. Literally i could not believe that she was manager of restaurant. If she talks so rude with customers then how mcdonalds gonna survive ? OMG worst manager ever

  Took 25 minutes to get my food after placing an online order 10 minutes prior. Didnt have any of my food ready or cooked and the service is just awful. No one communicates and messes the orders up every time i buy. Not worth going to this one anymore
