If staff can’t follow basic cleanliness rules, management seriously needs to step in before someone gets sick

Tonight she was working with a huge lineup and had a smile on, she was working through the crowd so quickly and happily, and it got a few of us guys in the lineup talking. We were so impressed. Promote her or give her a raise or something. She's a treasure.
