It seems like the store needs to hire more staff because maybe senior employees like Danielle can't do anything besides have long conversations with customers without considering the lineup. Around 9 PM, Danielle was busy talking to a guy at the self-checkout and totally ignored the customers waiting. This isn't the first time this lady has been rude and provided poor customer service. I'm so frustrated that I will never go there again. I don't know why the manager isn't taking any action. As I was talking with someone while waiting, another guy mentioned that he had already complained about her. What do you want? Do you want people to stop coming there?
