  This is the absolute worst McDicks in the entire Fraser Valley..... think about that.... all those McDicks restaurants out there and this is the worst of the worst. They cant do anything right there!!!

  Dirty establishment. Garbage on the floor, in the parking lot. No one seems to look after this place….same garbage in same places after half-hour. They also tend to get our food orders wrong at the drive-thru…constantly! Only reason I’m even here is because I have kids! McDonald’s use to be a good experience….

  I've never had this experience before with there fries but my cousin ordered via ubereats and the fries were so crunchy and it felt like eating a bag of chips and usually the fries are warm and salty but I think someone overcooked them or something we had too give them too my brother because he eats anything but it was just really unappetizing was not the fries I usually get loll not mad at all we just laughed really hard because they sounded like chips and they were so crunchy😭

  I regret to say that I cannot recommend this McDonald's location, and my repeated negative experiences here have led me to stop visiting McDonald's entirely. The operational issues at this restaurant reflect a consistent lack of preparation and oversight. During several visits, the location has been out of basic items that are essential to their standard menu. On multiple occasions, they were unable to provide cheese curds for poutine, and during my most recent visit, they did not have ham for a cheeseburger. Most concerning of all, they did not have drink trays available despite my placing a large take-out order. These shortages create unnecessary inconvenience and demonstrate a concerning pattern of inadequate inventory management. It is reasonable for guests to expect a well-established restaurant chain to maintain stock of the items required to serve its full menu. The recurring shortages at this location suggest that management practices need significant improvement. Ensuring proper supply levels is fundamental to providing reliable service. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. One star is unfortunately the minimum allowed, but it does not reflect the extent of my dissatisfaction.

  So just went through drive through and when we get fast food or world famous mcdonalds fries we know what to expect but as i grabbed my bag from the drive through date Dec 14 the fries I check right away cause noticed they just sell old fries lately but i sent them back but seriously double dipping them makes them hard and tastless I know what that is Ive worked in fast food thats a lazy way to save 1 dollar worth of frozen french fries dont do that maybe new staff or managers but nasty and she was mad she was told they were cold and not fresh come one mission mcdonalds could have chipped my daughters tooth
