- DDDipnGlitterOct 21, 20251.0This experience was atrocious. I placed a mobile order and got the first bucket of chicken tenders on us with that order. When I left the restaurant, & checked my bucket there was chicken pieces in there & not tenders. I immediately called & said you gave me the wrong chicken. She began arguing with me saying "I told you that you ordered more chicken" which confused me because I had only ordered the 4 piece with poutine. Because she confused me, I said yes when she asked if I didn't want wings! She was talking about the 1st bucket on us, but she was not clear & I misunderstood her, assuming she was speaking about the order I placed for chicken, not the 1st bucket on us chicken. So she gave me all fried chicken. When I told her that's not what I asked for when I ordered it, I specifically said tenders. She told me to come back & get the tenders & I asked her do you want me to bring the wrong chicken with me & she said no it's fine. When I got back inside restaurant they refused to give me my chicken tenders until I went back & got my chicken. I sat there for 20 minutes in the restaurant & on the phone with KFC trying to get them to help me. These 2 women claim to be assistant manager & supervisor, refused to give me my chicken tenders until I went back & got my now cold pieces of chicken after she already told me she couldn't take them back. Absolutely embarrassing as the restaurant was full of customers that they wouldn't give me my chicken tenders until I went back & got the other pieces of chicken which they obviously for health safety reasons could not use them & they would have gotten thrown in the garbage. Appalling behavior by the staff... I will never give them my business again... shame on them for treating loyal paying customers the way I was treated. Get back home with my now cold and Soggy chicken fries and straw I can't drink out of because it's drenched.... very pleasant... not to mention no dipping sauces, no napkins, nothing!! Ridiculous

Essentially - services should be improved and re - training is essential by KFC head office team and Halal certification/certificate must delayed on the wall and staffs must have knowledge of it clearly; many staffs I'm many locations are not aware of Halal is being served, and importantly this Halal issue must be addressed and must take seriously.
