I was there at drive thru at around 7:15 pm today! The girl on window was so weird! No smile no reply to my Hi. Slammed window at my face after passing my order for no reason.

First they couldn’t use the points code I had fr on my account that would make my meal free. I understand technology is a brat sometimes. Then young man at the window handing out food, tried to give me the wrong order. Then when I asked for McChicken sauce and ketchup he said we charge for that, I said ketchup then? There was no napkins no straws for our drinks we had pulled in off the highway heading to Kamloops. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have. As someone who was a late night manager for the McDonald’s this was disappointing.
