Then young man at the window handing out food, tried to give me the wrong order. Then when I asked for McChicken sauce and ketchup he said we charge for that, I said ketchup then? There was no napkins no straws for our drinks we had pulled in off the highway heading to Kamloops. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have. As someone who was a late night manager for the McDonald’s this was disappointing.
