  Horrible experience. One employee was unnecessarily rude and spoke with an attitude like customers are beneath him. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant. Management needs to rethink who they put at the front counter.

  Absolutely terrible service. The staff member at the counter was rude, disrespectful, and clearly on a power trip. No basic courtesy, no professionalism—just attitude. Someone like this should not be working in customer service. Won’t be coming back.

  Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. One staff member was extremely rude, arrogant, and acted like customers were a problem instead of his job. Zero manners, zero professionalism, huge attitude for a fast-food counter.(short brown Philippine guy) If this is how this DQ treats people, don’t waste your time here.

  Stopped briefly and couldn't help but notice the parking area and walkways were absolutely immaculate. Perfectly shovelled and salted. When I went inside it was VERY clean and sanitary. It is clear that the staff/owner takes great pride in these aspects of their business.

  I look forward to burgers at DQ but last night changed my mind. The buns were old and cold the fries were ice cold not cooled down but cold. The ice cream sundae didn't taste right, the wooden spoon didn't help the taste. Won't be going back for a while
