  Ordered two McDoubles. One of the patties were completely uncooked in pink. We brought them back, we asked for two plain McDoubles and they weren't plain. Very disappointed with this. McDonald's!

  Rude east Indian girl there with long painted nails and pony tail. I said excuse me to get her attention as she was working till. She was only focused on her amusement with staff members and laughing away. My fries were too salty and took nearly 7 min to get thier attention. Rude. They should retrain thier staff on customer service.

  2 sandwiches on 2 different orders and they were both wrong. Employee Amanda was so rude in the back while fixing it - maybe don't be rude when your customers can see and hear you. The bathroom was also filthy at 9am. This store is a joke.

  A complete and total lack of ignorance shows on their actual work ethic.. They do these little games where they switch between each other other to hand off an order that they Presumably, we’re supposed to have done, While their teamwork in management Or navigation skills are completely lacking their ability to transpose one order for better lack of getting it out the front door when it was ordered and called out to the rest of the team has better chances of being found in the washroom.. since that’s the Casey’s women girls whatever love to dance around, trying to get the orders out four or five employees has stood behind the counter, hiding behind the nook behind the driving window having a conversation during rush hour dinner traffic, where the drive-through was lined up all the way around the side of the building… And all for a cheeseburger taking over 30 minutes to get done, And in the end, it tasted like it had sat in his own brine of tomato juice and swell of soften gross gravy that they think it is a other people in their taste

  I just visited this location, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered through the drive-thru, but the staff cut off communication before I even finished placing my order. On top of that, the food I received was incomplete. I can understand that mistakes happen and was willing to overlook that. However, what I cannot overlook is the extremely rude attitude of the staff. They didn’t even give me all of my food, yet opened the drive-thru window abruptly and just stared at me as if asking why I wasn’t leaving. What was I supposed to do in that situation? Was I at fault? I asked for ketchup, but they never gave it to me. I ordered a large Coke, but was given a small instead. There wasn’t even a single word of apology—just the window being slammed shut again. This was truly a terrible experience. To the female drive-thru staff member working around 00:20 on March 21, 2026: please work on your attitude. And McDonald’s, please ensure your staff are properly trained.
