I ordered the turkey stuffing special, which had no gravy and was disappointing, and my boyfriend’s teriyaki crunch bowl had lukewarm, rubbery chicken. 🎧The employee serving us was on her phone and wearing AirPods, which made getting attention or any engagement nearly impossible. We left feeling our food and service were treated with little care. 👏🏼I understand it was late and a busy holiday night, but customer service and food quality are still essential — especially on a night when this location is one of the few restaurants open until midnight. ☎️When we called the store the next day to request a refund, we were told none were given, even after explaining the situation. 😡Because of the poor food and lackluster service, I am requesting a full refund. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures employees stay focused on customers while on shift 👎🏼
