I seriously have no idea what’s wrong with the staff at this location. This was my first visit, and I’m already done with this place. I’m not saying all your employees are bad — Max was actually great — but that white girl in the black hoodie near the bouquet section? Rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. I just asked two basic questions, and she acted like she owned the place. What’s her deal? Is she some kind of nepo kid, or do you just hire anyone without checking their attitude?
And the bakery? An absolute joke. I waited 20 minutes just to get “Happy Birthday” written on a cake. How hard can that possibly be?
Save-On-Foods, this location is a total embarrassment to your brand. You just lost a customer for good. I’m never coming back — and I’ll make sure others know how awful the experience was.

Stopped and accused of shoplifting on Thanksgiving (Oct 13, 2025) by a security guard with no name tag — he immediately targeted my Black husband and a Black friend while ignoring the white members of our group (one who actually paid the purchase there and me who moved a bottle of wine between bags). My friend was forced to empty a large bag in front of customers. Management shrugged it off and blamed a third-party security company. Racism and harassment — unacceptable.

Make sure to check the expiry dates if you shop here. Multiple times I’ve been burned. Tonight’s dinner was chicken that I got yesterday and now I’m going without dinner because it had expired yesterday. I find it hard to believe that in today’s technology we don’t have some warning system when they scan the bar code to tell the people at the till it’s expired. Do better jimmy 🤬

"Badr was really helpful in the meat department. He answered all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Super friendly, and you could tell he really knows his stuff. I really appreciated how patient he was when I had a few extra questions. Definitely a great guy to have on the team!"
