  This.location is probably the slowest in the lower mainland Morning staff is rude and super slow Waited 18 mins for hotcakes and they were cold, yikes Its a convention location , but dont go if your rushed for time

  This is by far the worst location I’ve ever experienced. I go there quite often for a coffee or egg McMuffin around 5am on my way to work because it’s a convenient location from my house. Every time it takes about 15 minutes for a coffee.. and when I do order breakfast it’s cold and disappointing.. cold soggy hash browns.. and afew times I’ve crunched into egg shells in my sandwich. Not only that but the service isn’t exactly friendly. If you are understaffed then why stay open 24/7? Also they never have espresso .. Won’t be going to this location again until they figure it out. Very poorly managed, and disappointing.

  I ordered the coffee and muffin pairing deal. The fruit and fibre muffin is usually really good. However, this time It was mis-shaped and the edges were hard. I broke the edges off and didn't eat them. It took a long time to get a simple order. If I had more time, I would have returned it. This was my first and last time at this location. I wont go there again. I should have gone to Tim Hortons like I was going to in the the first place. I decided on Mc Donald's instead because I like that muffin. At first, I was told that they didn't have it, then all of a sudden they had one. I'm pretty disgusted that they actually gave me the muffin in the shape it was in. Obviously they don't care what they serve you. It seems take-out is pretty disgusting these days and it's better to make your own food.

  Simple order a small orange peako tea one sugar, they hand me an extra large. You won’t even taste the tea and the sugar content will be off. I asked for a small then sat there for 5 minutes while everyone just chatted and then they asked are you still waiting on something 😳😳 wow no I thought I’d just hang out. What a joke !!

  I ordered through SkipTheDishes and specifically requested no fried onions. Apparently that was too complicated, as the order arrived covered in them and I had to pick them all off.It’s not the end of the world, just completely unnecessary. It’s really not too much to ask—orders simply aren’t read properly. They skim them quickly, and if a mistake is made, it feels like “oh well.” I didn’t bother calling because it isn’t worth the time, so I’m leaving an honest review instead. Overall, I’m not happy with this location.
