  I live in Aldergrove and there are 5 DQs that are closer. This location is consistently good as far as their ice cream treats and chicken strips. I have been to all of the other five locations and this one is the best. They don’t cheap out on flavours in their shakes and sundaes or dips for the chicken strips. Their cooked food is always fresh and often too hot to eat right away. Their drive thru window staff is always friendly as well.

  Was very disappointed today after ordering a cake on Thursday to pickup sunday. We order a blizzard cake with a photo for a friend. On thursday I just the photo and the writing and male colours for the accent trim. When I got there today they was cookie crumble all over the photo to where it almost covered the photo and when i said something they wiped it of the cake and left a pile on the side of the cake. With doing that the crumble they put in the cake damaged the photo with all the black pieces for the cookie all over the cake. Then they tried to wipe it off again and used their hands with out gloves so I hope they haven't contaminated the cake as I dont know what they were doing before they started wiping it off. They said they could redo it but for tomorrow at first and than hour but I was already running late with the pick up. I have a picture of the cake and all the black crumble over the photo. Just very very disappointed to pay as much as we did to have it looking like a hot mess and being told that is what I wanted.

  Went in to get an Ice Cream Cake for Valentine’s Day. Seen the Cookie Dough, Double Fudge and was excited to try as we love the fudge in the middle. To our surprise it was a fudge, double cookie dough cake instead. I like cookie dough but this was way too much. Next time I’ll stick with the original Ice Cream Cakes instead of being disappointed again.

  I visit this DQ location 3–4 times a week, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Every visit is a great experience, but one team member who I believe is the manager has truly stood out for going above and beyond. I Purposely go out of my way to Visit this Location over 203rd St One because of the Respectful Employee’s even though living beside other location. What impressed me most was his team first attitude. When I hinted that I’d be leaving a Google review and asked for his name, he humbly responded that it wasn’t necessary and that I could leave it for the whole team instead. That speaks volumes about his leadership and character. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his staff and creates a positive environment. On multiple occasions, they’ve also helped me out in a pinch with last minute cake orders, always finding a way to make it work. The consistency, and teamwork at this location are outstanding. This team absolutely rocks — highly recommend this DQ!

  Many of the workers here are kind, genuine, people and really make this location special. Most notably Brielle, Shellaine, and Sam - as well as others, are so welcoming and patient, their hard work shouldn’t go unnoticed! :)
