    The women at the window were very rude , and as a result of my question about a product she gave me the smallest portion I’ve ever received . Also they don’t clean there orange Julius machines and the drinks taste terrible . I would give zero stars if possible . Also I went three times before this review .

    For me to take the time to make a comment here doesn’t only mean ur service is bad, but it’s very bad. Did a simple order through your drive thru. Expecting it would be fast and quick for the sundae I ordered. No one came through ur window for at least 5 mins. Ur team saw us through the window and just stared. I had to finally honk my horn to get ur teams attention. When someone did finally come, she asked me did someone already take my order? WHHHHAAAAATTTTT? Waiting already for 10 minutes and ur team had no clue! I got so upset, and asked for the owner. Owner not there, supervisor came. Apparently she was on break and offered me my money back. I said NO. Fix ur operations. Ur a fast food place. For a simply sundae it took 20minutes. Seriously if ur running ur business this way I hope u close down. I will not be bringing my family back here. I will tell all of my friends and neighbours to not visit ur establishment.
