  Did the drive thru, ordered one simple combo, told them vegetarian, which they repeated back. Drove home with my order and found it was beef and had to throw it out. Called the restaurant multiple times but they don’t answer. Ironically the girl working at the drive thru asked me to do a google review…. Maybe you should give service that would warrant positive reviews if you are going to suggest it to customers Last time I was there I made the mistake of ordering inside, it took 35 mins for our order to be ready, in the meantime they prioritized all the drive thru and skip orders They just don’t seem to have it together at Taco Bell.

  My negative review is because this location was closed for renovations without notice from a Google search looking for taco bell near me wasted 30min n fuel whether it falls on taco bell management to not update that online or Google for not inputting info given either way irrating enough to remember it from weeks ago bad points given.

  Not gonna lie this place is a nightmare waiting in the drive threw but oh my stars it's worth it. This fine dining restaurant has lots to offer weather it be tacos qasadeas or hey if your just looking for a friendly place be taco bell is where its at .On a friday its the busiest place in Langley hands down. I like to treat myself to lux box Supreme every time I order. And the baha blast don't get me started. Should be illegal it's so good.

  Placed an order after repeating myself four times and then had to repeat Myself at the window again, and after all this once I left the drive-through I found out that my order was incomplete Even after paying for the whole thing. I had to go back wait in the drive-through line again for 30 minutes just to argue with them that my order was incomplete. Unbelievable service, Definitely cannot be counted as a fast food chain.

  THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER (if i could give negative stars I would!) 25 MINS FOR FRIES AND A TACO? I had spoken to people who were behind me and had said that this is a common thing that happens here and sometimes even mistake the order. I sat there watching MULTIPLE WORKERS grabbing drinks for themselves meanwhile theres like 10 people waiting for food! insane. I had asked them how long it takes to put fries in a bag and thats when the disrespect started. after mentioning the MANAGER went as far to call me disrespectful and I couldn't stop laughing at this point because of how gross these people are to others and how this store was being managed. One of the girls was disgusting and actually gave me attitude and started yelling at me telling me if I wanted to laugh she could too and started laughing like a maniac ( SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DEALING WITH SOMEONE BTW). I think the only 5 star reviews on here are the workers there trying to cover up their disgusting attitude towards costumers! Never again. I will definitely be sending something to tacobell canada! *Just an fyi if anyone is wondering the lady told us its not tacobell canada its tacobell langley* (the lady in the red is manager and the lady in the black is the one who was disgusting)
